How do I pay?
After we agree on a plan, you receive a PayPal invoice by email. You can pay with a PayPal account or any debit or credit card — no card details are entered on this site. Prices are in [Currency].
What happens in the free trial?
A [Trial length] video call where your teacher checks your level, hears your goals and suggests a plan. No payment needed.
Which app do classes use?
Classes run on [Zoom / Google Meet] with a shared whiteboard for writing practice. You get the link by email before each class.
What if I need to cancel or move a class?
